pachai sundakkai vathak kuzhambu

All you need is pachai sundakkai, oorina karuppu kondai kadalai, silla narukkina thengai, and other normal ingredients for VK.

Break the sundaikkai into one or two( ada! nasunkungappa) wash it thoroughly as to remove all the seeds.

Pour nallennai tamper with kadugu, kadaliparuppu,kariveppillai

add broken sundaikkai, cut thengai, rock salt,sambaar podi,

then add tamarind water allow it to boil

add boiled kadalai

add bit of jaggery

finally add arisimaavu to get the consistency

Now take a plate, put hot rice, pour some nallennai,our VK thotukka sutta appalam

what else you need.

when u travel via dindivanam bypass near madurandhagam right side you find an exclusive kumbakonam coffee shop. they serve coffee in brass tumbler. Don't miss it.

THE GREAT SAASUMA!!

Recently in Surat I visited a restaurant by the above name. Saasuma. What an amazing place to serve Guj Thali. They serve only Thali. It is 120/- per person.

As soon as you are seated you will be server a jeera chiller. You have to drink it to enjoy what follows

A round plate with 6 katoris. four for four different side dishes(one with kala channa, one with bataka(potato), one with paneer and one with mixed veg. Then one cup with kheer, another cup for dhaal or kadi. A tumbler is filled with butter milk.

you get a small bonda and dhokla. and here you go. now no looking up or wasting your time.The rendezvous has begun. you just cannot count how many rotis you ate or how many cups of kheer you gulped. you keep drinking chaas buttermilk in between.you will feel like you are attending a family lunch because of the service. It is amazing to note that the waiters use only symbols and code numbers to fill our plate. then follows khichdi with ghee. what a food and what a service.

Hi Folks! I have been planning to write sorry! blog somethings that I feel like for quite sometime. Then I thought Why not use my tongue to blog? From now my tongue is going to talk to you about some special tastes. Where else will it start?

HI! Nice to meet you! I am tongue! I am a very strict person! I am very independent. I am a brat. I will like to eat whatever I want as long as it makes me happy. who bothers about it after it goes down. Now let me start with Coffee. If you want to make me happy follow the following rules while drinking coffee.

1.never use cup ans saucer(woh tho chai valon kheliye-pour it in saucer and brrrrrrr)

2.use only davara and tumbler

3.dont boil milk in milk cooker.

4.use a 50:50 mix of A and Pibiri

5.My owner buys it from JANAKI COFFEE WORKS K.K.Nagar

6.Now imagine the above image is live in your hand

7.choose a comfy sofa and sit

8.sliiightly blow the frost on top

9.take the coffee to my tip first and leave the rest to me.

the coffee touches me as the first drop of rain touches the soil. as earthly smell erupts, hmmmmm! it flows thro all my taste buds..........................................................................................

wait! I am relishing it! as a river the coffee twists and twirls and fills me with awe and here I am bidding farewell as at any moment it is to be gulped!

சீடர் புதிய ஆடை கேட்டார்

ஆடையைக் கொடுத்த புத்தர் ''பழைய ஆடை எங்கே '' என்றார். சீடர் '' ஆடை கிழிந்து விட்டதால் அதை ஜன்னல் திரை ஆக்கி விட்டேன்'' என்றார். புத்தர் இந்த பதிலில் திருப்தி அடையவில்லை. "பழைய ஜன்னல் திரை எங்கே'' என்றார். ''ஜன்னல் திரை கிழிந்ததால் சமயலறையில் சூடான பாத்திரங்களை பிடிக்க உபயோகிக்கிறோம்'' என்றார் சீடர். "அந்த பழைய பிடித்துணி என்னவாயிற்று" என்றார் புத்தர். "அந்த துணியில் இப்போது தரை துடைக்கிறோம்"என்றார் சீடர். "ஓஹோ! பின் அதை என்ன செய்தீர்கள்" என்றார் புத்தர். "மிகவும் நைந்து விட்ட அந்தத் துணி இப்போது உங்கள் அறையில் எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் விளக்கின் திரியாய் இருக்கிறது" என்றார் சீடர். இந்த பதிலில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைந்தார் புத்தர்.
